How Do I Set Bandwidth for a PLAS (VPN) Connector?

Answer

  • Set bandwidth when creating a PLAS connector.

    Choose Service List > Network > Private Link Access Service from the main menu. On the Connector page, click Create PLAS Connector.

    Adjust the bandwidth in any of the following three ways:

    • Drag the slider.
    • Click or .
    • Set the bandwidth.

      You can directly enter the bandwidth value, but the slider can only be adjusted to the nearest value. For example, if the entered value is between 50 Mbit/s to 100 Mbit/s, such as: 50, 60, or 70, the slider automatically jumps to 50 Mbit/s. If the entered value is 80, 90, or 100, the slider automatically jumps to 100 Mbit/s.

  • Set bandwidth when modifying a PLAS connector.

    Choose Service List > Network > Private Link Access Service from the main menu. On the Connector page, click Modify in the Operation column of the row that contains the desired PLAS connector. Modify Bandwidth. For detailed modification, see•Set bandwidth when crea....

Restrictions

  • The bandwidth of the PLAS Connector cannot be greater than that of the DC connection in the primary location.
  • The bandwidth can range from 10 to 1000 Mbit/s. Options are as follows:

    10, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 1000.
