Setting ACL Permissions for Objects

You can set object ACL permissions for the owner, anonymous user, and registered user.

  1. In the bucket list on the OBS Console, click the target bucket to go to the Summary page.
  2. In the navigation tree on the left, click Objects.
  3. Click the target object.
  4. In Object ACL, click Edit to set ACL permissions of the Owner, Anonymous User, and Registered User for the target object.

    NOTE:

    For encrypted objects, you cannot set the ACL permissions of the Anonymous User, Registered User, and Log Delivery User.

  5. Optional: Click Add. In the subsequent page displayed in Figure 1. Enter a value for Account ID or Account Name of a specific user and set the user's ACL permissions. You can obtain Account ID or Account Name on the My Credential page.

  6. Click Save.
