What Can I Do If I Cannot Receive the Verification Code?

When you bind or change a mobile number or email address and reset a password, you need to obtain a verification code for authentication. If you cannot receive the verification code, perform the operations in this section.

What Can I Do If I Cannot Receive the SMS Verification Code?

  • Check whether the mobile number is correct.
  • Check whether the mobile phone is suspended. It is recommended that you change the mobile number or add minutes to the phone and try to obtain the verification code again the next day.
  • Check whether the SMS verification code is intercepted as a junk message. You can disable the SMS message blocking function.
  • If the network communication is abnormal, the SMS message may be lost. Obtain the SMS message again or try again later. You can also move the SIM card to another phone and try again.

What Can I Do If I Cannot Receive the Email Verification Code?

  • Check whether the email address is correct.
  • Check whether the mailbox is normal and check the junk mail folder.
