Creating a VPC

Create a VPC before you create a container cluster. VPCs provide a secure and isolated network environment for CCE services.

If you have already created a VPC, you will never need to create it again.

  1. On the management console, click Service List, and choose Network > Virtual Private Cloud to launch the VPC console.
  2. On the Dashboard page, click Create VPC to create a VPC.
  3. Record the VPC name and subnet ID, which you will use when creating a container cluster by following the procedure in Creating a Container Cluster.
