Open Telekom Cloud ELB API Overview

ELB is a service that automatically distributes access traffic to multiple ECSs to balance their service loads. ELB enables you to achieve higher levels of fault tolerance in your applications and expand application service capabilities.

You can create a load balancer on a web-based console, configure monitoring ports required by the ELB service, and configure ECSs associated with the load balancer. ELB reduces single points of failure (SPOFs), improving availability of the whole system.

ELB allows you to control load balancing actions by yourselves. A web-based, flexible management console is provided for you to configure the ELB service and add service resources.
