API Overview

SFS APIs include native OpenStack APIs and extension SFS APIs.

A combination of these two types of APIs allows you to use all functions provided by SFS.

The maximum number of invoking SFS interfaces within one minute is 400. Therefore, if you need to invoke a large number of interfaces at a time, some interfaces may fail to be invoked. You are advised to evenly arrange the time of interface invocation tasks.

Partial interfaces provided by Scalable File Service (SFS) are the same as those provided by OpenStack Manila of the Mitaka version. For details about how to use them, visit the community:

https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/shared-file-systems

If the description about an interface in this document differs from that in the community, the description in this document prevails.
