RDS open APIs allow users to create, view, or delete DB instances, query API versions, DB engines, DB engine versions, operating environment flavors, and AZs supported by the system. The application scenarios are shown as follows.
Before creating a DB instance, you need to obtain the DB engines and versions, operating environment flavors, and AZs supported by the system.
After obtaining the information, you can use the returned results as invoked parameters to create an instance.
After the instance is created, you can view the DB instance list, view the instance details, or delete the instance.
To modify parameter values or restore to their default values, you need to query all the parameters and parameter information of the DB instance.
You can scale and restore a DB instance. You can use the returned task IDs as invoked parameters to query the progress of asynchronous tasks.
