Deleting a Historical Connection

You can only perform this operation in the eu-de region.

You can delete a historical connection at any time.

Procedure

  1. Collect the information listed in Table 1.

  2. Delete a connection using either of the following methods:

    • Email us with the title "Applying for Deleting a Direct Connect Connection".

    • Call us and provide the collected information to our customer service.

  3. Wait for the notification of the result from the email or customer service.
