Deleting the Password of a Windows BMS¶
Scenarios¶
To ensure security, you are advised to delete the initial password recorded in the system.
Deleting the initial password does not affect BMS operation or login. Once deleted, the password cannot be retrieved. Before deleting a password, you are advised to record it.
Procedure¶
Log in to the management console.
Under Computing, click Bare Metal Server.
The BMS console is displayed.
Locate the target BMS in the BMS list.
In the Operation column, click More and select Delete Password.
The following dialog box is displayed.
Click OK to delete the password.
